Alice Nine (アリス九號) formed in 2004 and signed to PS COMPANY, a Free-Will sub-division. Alice Nine were formerly signed with King Records until 2010.

In August 2004, vocalist Shou and guitarist Tora, who were also an ex-member from Givuss that already disbanded, are looking for member to form a new band. Then, they met Saga, the bassist from Delta Ark, and Nao, the drummer from Fatima and RusH, that also seeking new bandmates as well. And then, the four joined and formed the band. Hiroto was the last member who joined the band. The other four spotted him in a live performance with his band, Baquepia.
